Flower Bed Makeover & Sweet Summer Giveaway

Happy Monday, friends!  I hope you had a wonderful weekend!

We finished our flower beds and I'm excited to show you!  I've learned my lesson - do this in the spring in Texas - it's freakin' hot in the summer!  I should have known this since I grew up here.  I'm pretty sure that the shower that I took that night was my second favorite shower ever.  What's the first, you ask?  The one I took after a 10 day hike in the Weminuche Wilderness in Colorado...I'll post about that one in the future.

We planted pink Pentas and white Vincas in the front (Nandinas were already there)...

...and orange Zinnias on the side.  I'm finding that all of these flowers need SO much water or they wilt immediately.

We love them!  Anyone have experience with Zinnias?  I'm not sure that they're going to make it.

Who's loving the summer?!

These great girls and I are doing a Sweet Summer Giveaway with some things we know you'll love. We are so excited!  We're giving away the Urban Decay Naked FLUSHED Compact, Francesca's earrings, White Gardenia Yankee Candle, Essie Peach Daiquiri nail polish and Essie Super Duper Top Coat.

    1. Thanks Bekah! This is my first time so I'm not sure how it'll turn out. The Zinnias seem to be wilting but we keep watering them. I hope they make it!
